On the" first" phone call to Northside Lexus Bobby Bosley ordered it We were very pleased to FINALLY get the color vehicle we had been shopping for. On the" first" phone call to Northside Lexus Bobby Bosley ordered it right away and we picked it up the very next week. We visited Westside Lexus numerous times. When we decided what we finally wanted... we were unsuccessful in getting the sales person to order the desired color vehicle that we wanted, even after he told us that the vehicle was available!. He insisted on trying to sell us hail damaged vehicles of ever color except the color we finally decided upon, which I found to be very insulting since we clearly expressed to him that we keep our vehicles for decades and wanted to get EXACTLY what WE wanted. We love our new retirement vehicle and are very pleased. We only wished that we had just a little more time with the tech person. He was very informative, we learned a lot but our allotted time was shortened due to a minor mix-up with paperwork that had to be handled first. Our entire experience with Northside Lexus was positive!!!. Keep up the good work. More
