When things go wrong, Goodson Acura will always run a report to give me insight to whats happening with my car. Khang, my trusted advisor consistently takes the time to explain whats happening, what needs to be done to fix it including timing and projected costs, so I can have a peace of mind about the decisions Im making to fix it. Ive been a Goodson Acura Service customer for well over 10+ years and would not consider taking my car anywhere else! They always take great care of my concerns with my car. Goodson Acura is the worst service shop I have ever experienced, and I've been an Acura owner for over 15 years. Bobby Carroll, specifically, is a crook and cares nothing about customer service.
