They treat all of their customers like the are the most important customer they have no matter how busy they are. I have recommended them to several people who have actually purchased cars from them. My father was in the heavy duty automotive business and he treated his customers the way Goodson treats their customers. It is reassuring to know that there are places who actually value their customers. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. More

There is a level of service that is rare and I just experienced it at Goodson Acura in Dallas with Bobby Carroll. When a service representative leads you from start to finish, taking the initiative, t experienced it at Goodson Acura in Dallas with Bobby Carroll. When a service representative leads you from start to finish, taking the initiative, telling you everything you should know in addition to the answering the questions that you have asked then that is great customer service. Plus, he seems like a great guy! More

Grateful to be a Goodson Acura Customer Customer Service is the key reason I chose Goodson Acura to replace my 2001 Acura 3.2 CL Type S Coupe. A CLASSIC. Yesterday was my second routine main Customer Service is the key reason I chose Goodson Acura to replace my 2001 Acura 3.2 CL Type S Coupe. A CLASSIC. Yesterday was my second routine maintenance appointment at Goodson. I arrived early and was greeted promptly at 7:00 am by Khang Nguyen. He was polite, professional and efficient. Superlative service starts at the top of an organization. At Goodson, it's began Bobby Carroll with whom I communicated originally about the service of my old Acura. Thank goodness I can trust Goodson Acura with my car maintenance. More

Car Vandalized at Goodson As a 10-year owner of two Acura TSXs, both of which had all their work done at Goodson, I was horrified to have the Goodson carwash return to me my pr As a 10-year owner of two Acura TSXs, both of which had all their work done at Goodson, I was horrified to have the Goodson carwash return to me my pristine TSX with a slashed leather seat, black gunk ground into the pale leather and a waxy substance smeared all over the windows. I asked the service manager to check the security video and identify the vandal. He said, "It won't show what happened inside the car." I said, "It will show the vandal who got IN the car, and the police can investigate." He refused, falsely claiming that all the carwash guys had been with him for years and are reliable; in fact, I knew Goodson had recently replaced them with an outside contractor! He also said what happened was "normal wear and tear"!!!!! So Goodson insultingly took no responsibility for damaging my vehicle. And, since I'd purchased an extended warranty through Goodson, expecting them to do the warranty work, I now must pay a $100 deductible for each warranty service done elsewhere, which obviously is necessary to avoid further property loss. This misconduct highlights why car dealerships traditionally have sleazy reputations: Unethical practices and well-documented SEXISM. So, women: Ignore Goodson's hype - it's still 1950 at Goodson Acura! More
