Robert Wachsman was the most professional, kind, respectable salesman I have encountered while buying a car! I recently started looking for a hybrid vehicle and input my info in Rallye’s website. I got a call from Bob on Thursday and was cruising around my new 530e on Tuesday, mind you, this was all over the phone!!! I have never felt more comfortable buying a car and I never face to face met with him. Not to mention I had a terrible prior experience with Competition in Smithtown before this, they treated me so poorly. But Rallye and Bob Wachsman I would recommend until the end of time. Thank you!! More

Took my car in for an oil change and inspection. when I set up my appointment I was told that it would be a $99 for the oil change. after dropping off my call the next call I received was that the car was set up my appointment I was told that it would be a $99 for the oil change. after dropping off my call the next call I received was that the car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was told to head over to the cashier. I was handed a bill that was a little higher so I questioned it. the immediately called the service rep and proceeded to tell me what it was and that it was within his right and NY state to charge that fee. I never argued that, I simply asked what it was and why it wasn't disclosed ahead of time rather than when I was paying the bill. He proceeded to argue back and forth about his right to charge the fee and I just kept explaining that it should have been disclosed. all this occurring in front of the staff and other customers. This seems to be the norm as I also was within a few feet of another service rep and his manager arguing over how to handle another upset customer. On a separate note when I purchased my car the finance person lied and did not act in a professional matter. Asking that I complete an application with my personal info over a regular email instead of secure emails to protect my info. she also promised to beat my current banks offer based on my stated credit. This was all a lie and way to get me to apply because once my credit was run she told me she couldn't beat my banks offer. I was angered and complained to my sales person who was good but he couldn't help. He passed me off to Ray Costello. I explained how unhappy I was and he ultimately ended up offering a free detail for my car whenever I wanted to use it. he said his word was all I needed beause his word was everything. his words not mine. I could have hired an attorney and went that route but I decided not to and just accept Ray's offer. When I tried to take him up on that offer he said he knew nothing about it. He didnt even have the nerve to come down and speak to me, he sent his salesman down to tell me. He is an emarassment and his word isn't worth anything. More

I used to buy/lease and service at BMW of Bayside... what a contrast in customer service on both the sales and service side. After dealing with Rallye for the second time in six months on a new lease, I can a contrast in customer service on both the sales and service side. After dealing with Rallye for the second time in six months on a new lease, I can't understand how BMW allows BMW of Bayside to keep their dealership. My service advisor there was great, but it was always a long wait to get the car back upon arrival, and I frequently had to bring the car back for the same issue. On the sales side, it was like pulling teeth to get a quote. Everyone I dealt with at Rallye was so helpful, respectful and polite. When taking the car to or picking the car up from service, they understand that your time is important and the process at both ends went quickly and smoothly. On the sales side, Bobby Channan was the consummate professional. He was there to answer any questions after the contract was signed, and I never felt like he didn't want to deal with me since the sale was already consummated. More
