He came to me when the service was completed and we completed the financial transaction. This only took about 2 hours which was waht he told me when we started. What a pleasant visit! More

I chose Bobby as an advisor due to my prior visit for service. He has been a great advisor both times and I will choose him if he is available the next time I’m in for service service. As an update - when I called today to speak with the Service department, Bobby claimed it was just coincidental and had nothing to do with any of their work over the last two weeks. They offered nothing Service department, Bobby claimed it was just coincidental and had nothing to do with any of their work over the last two weeks. They offered nothing to correct their own mistakes. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy. No one should ever bring their vehicle here for service. Their customer service is equally abysmal. Do not have your vehicles serviced here unless you want to pay thousands of dollars for them to leave your vehicle more broken than when you brought it in. We dropped off van for servicing because AC was not blowing at full strength. Honda said evaporator was clogged and needed to be flushed. However on day after we picked it up, it still sounded clogged and did not blow properly/cool. Ultimately, we took the van back and this time they said a dead mouse clogged the evaporator, which caused water damage underneath the carpet, ruined the blower, and caused the smell. This should have been caught the first time we dropped off the van, but I gave them a second chance. After paying another $2k to fix it properly, we went to pick up the van yesterday and the lift gate would not work. It has only been in Honda’s care for the last fourteen days yet they want another $1344 to fix what they broke. It worked properly when we dropped it off, and the van is less than 5 years old. After 16 days in their service shop over the last month, my van is still not fixed properly. And I am told that the lift gate breaking while in their care is “just a coincidence” because of a sealing issue yet somehow my car hard been in a covered garage for two weeks. Terrible experience.
