Everyone that I came in contact with that worked with to purchase and prepare my car for me to drive home the day I came in to purchase it was phenomenal!!!!! I want to thank Allyson, the sales associate who was professional and easy to work with as well as very knowledgeable and respected that I knew Honda's, prices, etc and was not going to be pressured; Rory, the sales manager that worked with me understand that I knew pricing and made the coming to and agreed sale price quick and easy without all the haggling back and forth; Bobby - auto / service detailer who prepared the car that had just come in the day before and still had the white wrapping on it made it perfect for me to drive home that evening; and Cyrus - Finance gentleman worked with me and was actually able to get me a lower interest rate than what I came in with from my credit union and did not pressure me into buying more warranty items than I wanted. He also answered questions thoroughly when I asked about specific things so I could made the best informed decisions. I was able to confirm what he said easily as facts; The next week when I had to return to the Honda Dealership to the Service Department for delivery of some "We Owe" items, Victor and Another Gentleman (I believe the Service Mgr (inside: I apologize for not knowing your name) were both very professional and helpful in ensuring delivery and proper install of the back seat car protectors, the cargo cover and window tinting; and Ed - Window Tinter - did a wonderful job tinting my front windows. While there Allyson - the Sales Associate that sold me my car came and checked on me and was making sure everything was going well. In addition, she called later to ensure there were no issues with the anything after everything was completed. Thank you. More

Randy sure was good. He answered the phone when I made the appointment. He was there to meet me on appointment day. He gave me a text way to stay in touch. He came to me when the service was completed and we completed the financial transaction. This only took about 2 hours which was waht he told me when we started. What a pleasant visit! More
