First this evaluation should come to me Melissa Stramanino not my father. My phone number is (904) 614-3847. My father took the car in once and I’ve taken it in twice. My car is a 2024 and under warranty. It should not be so difficult to time consuming on my part to have this resolved. My daughters phone works in every car in your lot but it doesn’t work in her own car. AJ has been very pleasant to work with but 3 times is too many. He told me I should be expect a resolution by Friday but I reached out to him on Friday and AJ said Honda has been contacted and that it’s now in their hands. This needs to be resolved ASAP. I trusted HONDA as I currently have 3 Hondas and I have had 6 in the past. I bought her this 2024 new vehicle so that she would have CarPlay. It’s under warranty and needs to be fixed ASAP. I’d like to be contacted by the factory rep at this time. More

Bobby does a great job making sure my Ridgeline gets the right service at the right time. When there is something that is found during service he does a great job of explaining the issue and the cost to rep right service at the right time. Took my daughter's car there for an oil change and dealt with John. First of all John lied to my daughter about pricing then when my daughter asked questions John was rude to her.
