Regarding the condition of the vehicle after service, this is not the standard we aim to meet. If any items were left out of place, we sincerely apologize, and we would have been happy to address that immediately had it been brought to our attention at the time of pickup. Concerning the windshield washer fluid: our dealership is located in Florida, where winterized washer fluid is not used or stocked due to our climate. Standard washer fluid is commonly installed here and performs as intended in warm-weather conditions. Unfortunately, when vehicles travel to freezing temperatures, that fluid can freeze. While this is not something typically encountered or required in Florida, we understand how inconvenient that situation was during your trip. As for discussions about vehicle options, our team’s intent is always to provide information when appropriate, never to apply pressure. We apologize if those conversations came across as unwelcome or repetitive, and we appreciate that feedback. We value your business and your input, as it helps us improve.
