I’ve been a customer for over 12 years and have had good experiences with Big Star Cadillac when it comes to fixing my car. The only thing I would suggest is that if a service needs to be done that’s been d experiences with Big Star Cadillac when it comes to fixing my car. The only thing I would suggest is that if a service needs to be done that’s been done on the vehicle already the dealership should have some sort of way to flag that in the system. On two different occasions I have had to tell my service associate that the work they recommended was done and under warranty. If I had not said anything I fear I would have been charged twice unnecessarily. More
