Dave (from rustproofing) sold us the rustproofing, interior and dent insurance package without being pushy at all. And I had not intended to buy that package! Mukesh on the other hand did fine on the financing and signing of papers, but he was very pushy on the extended warranty sell. Totally put me off. All in all... still love the dealership. More

I contacted Bobby on 5/9/23 after reading reviews online about Toyota of Naperville. I saw Bobby's name mentioned frequently so I know I wanted to work directly with him. Ideally, I also wanted to work with about Toyota of Naperville. I saw Bobby's name mentioned frequently so I know I wanted to work directly with him. Ideally, I also wanted to work with Toyota of Naperville since it's the closest dealership to where I live. I reached out with a huge ask. I was in the market for my first car, a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid XSE in a specific color and with all of the packages, and I was unwilling to budge on either. Bobby got into contact with me and told me he was happy to work with me, but he was very honest and transparent with me about the car market and how all dealerships are still experience a backlog and that realistically, I probably wouldn't be able to find an exact match for 8-12 months. I felt pretty defeated after that conversation, but he told me I was put on a waitlist for Toyota's allocation for all the specifications I requested and that he would contact me if they were getting a car that matched. I want to side note that I have called literally EVERY dealership in the state to try to locate a car for me, I even started searching in Wisconsin. I was that desperate. I couldn't believe it when I got a call from Bobby at 7pm on May 18th that they received an allocation with my exact specifications. I rushed to the dealership that day and put money down to reserve it. That brings me to my only complaint about Toyota of Naperville, when they call you to let you know that they're getting a car in, they cannot hold it for you and they cannot take payment over the phone to hold it. You have to get to the dealership as fast as you can in order to put your money down to reserve the vehicle. Another man got there before me and ended up getting the car Bobby originally gave me the spec sheet for, he was transparent with me when it happened, but luckily they received two of the exact same cars and I was able to secure the other one. Bobby informed me of the build date and that it would be delivered to the dealership in 10 or so days after it was built. My build date was 6/20, I just went and purchased my brand new vehicle on 6/27 and I couldn't be happier. Bobby did a great job explaining the features in my new car as well as setting up my phone to Apple Car Play. I cannot emphasize enough how patient, knowledgeable, and honest Bobby was throughout this entire process, it made my first time purchasing a vehicle stress free. I talked to Dave Racine and ended up purchasing the ceramic exterior through Toyota even though I already had a pre-existing appointment at a body shop that I ended up cancelling because Toyota offered more at a cheaper and they were able to take my car the same day to have it done by tomorrow. I also opted for the Interior and Dent Protection. Dave gave me a loaner since my car was going to stay there over night, but I was under the impression it was free. I noticed on the invoice/paperwork I got for the loaner that it says I owe $42 which is disappointing. Nobody ever mentioned to me that I would have to pay to get a loaner, otherwise I probably wouldn't have done it, but I needed a car for the next day. Sherri then helped me out with warranties. She's a pleasure to work with - she's very professional but also has a great sense of humor. Although it was a long day, I feel very confident about the purchase I made and I couldn't be happier with my first nice car. I HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Naperville and asking for Bobby Quintanilla in Sales and Sherri Pacchiano in Management. More
