He introduced himself and thanked us for coming in. He asked me to make a promise to purchase if he was able to meet my requested price, after pressuring myself and partner to buy, and not-so-subtly implying that we were wasting everyone’s time. I did not appreciate this request, and told him that “I do not owe any promises.” He ended the conversation there and walked away. I could hear him quoting statements that I made to another staff member in an extremely condescending, irritated, and mocking tone. I could not have been closer to walking away from the dealership after hearing Kyle’s statements. From my brief interaction with him, I believe he is a detriment to the positive environment that this dealership strives to provide. Bogi is absolutely the only reason that a purchase was made that day. He was polite, empathetic, and hospitable. More
