I called on a Thursday was able to get an appointment for the following Monday at 10am. I arrived early at 8am was told I didn't have my appointment in the system, then was told its wasn't a problem a p for the following Monday at 10am. Surprisingly easy and excellent experience. I had been researching vehicles for a while on CarMax but decided to just walk into Ganley to see what they had. Ended up getting a great used truck (F150) th researching vehicles for a while on CarMax but decided to just walk into Ganley to see what they had. Ended up getting a great used truck (F150) that met my needs perfectly, at a better price than I had found on CarMax, and they matched the CarMax offer for my trade-in. Had to negotiate a bit, but the team was great to work with. Well done Ganley team! More
