From the first phone call that Brett answered, they were nothing but helpful in assisting us in traveling over from KC to see and test the car. It was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. Brett also made sure the technician who was expert on the electric/hybrid features and operation took us through all our questions. They had a brand new identical model on the showroom floor but never pressed us on it since they knew we were only interested in pre-owned. Needless to say, we drove our vehicle come that day!! Highly Recommend this beautiful dealership! More

David took the call and was very helpful in looking over the car on my behalf. Very honest with the few flaws on the car. We agreed on price on the phone, gave him a cc deposit, rented a car near my home and drive down the next business day. Test drove, paperwork and done. David followed me to rental company to drop the car, back to the dealer and drove my Camaro home. Couldn't have been faster and easier and the folks were genuinely nice people. Given the opportunity will be doing business with them again. More

We were able to take the vehicles out on a drive on our own and we were not pressured in any way to purchase. The transaction was quick, not a lot of sitting and waiting. I did have to call to follow up on title and paperwork and I didn’t receive the check for taxes, but overall the experience was great. More

Curtis Jahr fielded my online request, and aswered the initial questions I had about the car, pick up logistics, and early price negotiation. From there, we were able to strike a fair deal over the phone the next day. Curtis' low key, no pressure demeanor was welcome and refreshing. My wife and I flew into KC the next week to head over to Columbia to pick up the car. Our experience at the dealership was great. Friendly folks, accomodating, and easy going. Brad kept us entertained during the signing process...:) The young man (sorry forgot his name) who walked us through the features and controls was excellent as well. All in all, I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle (long distance) from these folks again. More
