It was time to give Rocky Mount a try.. i fell the company was very welling to work with me and not go on and on about the price!!!! The staff very helpful and friendly. A+++ customer service Bought a used Truck from Rocky Mt Jeep Crysler Dodge, not even 48 hours after I bought it , it started bogging down, I took it to my local mechanic an Bought a used Truck from Rocky Mt Jeep Crysler Dodge, not even 48 hours after I bought it , it started bogging down, I took it to my local mechanic and found out the fuel pump went out I contacted Brad Dawson and they payed the bill for the new fuel pump even though I bought the vehicle as is with no warranty . Very polite and courteous and understanding . Great General Manager and excellent Customer service, thanks Charlie More

Not the vehicle I expected This began on Saturday (7/8) as I was looking to purchase a 2015 Toyota Tundra. I located their car online and negotiations began because I lived over This began on Saturday (7/8) as I was looking to purchase a 2015 Toyota Tundra. I located their car online and negotiations began because I lived over 3 hours away. After speaking it over with my wife I called them at 9am today (7/10) to ask about a question of the condition of the bed and the rest of the exterior of the vehicle. I was told it was in immaculate condition and that there was not noticatble exterior flaws. So I advised them on that phone call that I would leave work early and arrive around 7pm. I made the three+ hour trip without hesitation because I trusted in the fact that I was going there to pick up my new vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle was parked outside. Upon walking around the vehicle it was clearly noticeable that it had not even been washed in the past couple days if not weeks. The tire sidewalls had a brownish tint to them as if the vehicle had been used in mud. Upon exterior inspection the vehicle had approximately 20-25 surface scratches on both sides. On the tailgate of the vehicle there was a hazey spot that about the size of a hand where you could feel that the clearcoat had been deteriorated by something other than your normal wear and tear (since the vehicle wasn't that old). There were also four noticeable dings along the driver's side bedrail. Overall, I was highly disappointed in the information I was given versus what I saw upon arriving at the dealership. Had I been given the correct information, I certainly wouldn't have made the drive that ended up being a total waste of our time...7 hours in the car only to be misled. More

2014 Santa Fe Experience So I arrived Saturday afternoon to browse the inventory, I forgot which car I had inquired about but Sandi came out to meet us and mentioned I was loo So I arrived Saturday afternoon to browse the inventory, I forgot which car I had inquired about but Sandi came out to meet us and mentioned I was looking for the Nissan Altima which was sold, I inquired about the Santa Fe and we took it for a test drive. I was impressed by the car's features and was immediately sold on wanting this car. Sandi was a joy to work with, she has great customer service skills, super funny and animated but not overkill. As a customer, I felt she was professional yet personable. Even though I didn't get the exact monthly payment I was looking for, Sandi helped fight for as much as she could I believe, to get the price to where I flt most comfortable that I could afford. Overall, the experience was good and I look forward to enjoying my new car. More

Adam was by far superior to all other sales associates at the other dealerships that I visited. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the Ram products, and patient; never once attempted to pressure me to make a purchase. Brad and Debra were also very helpful in my purchase as well as Richard in the service department. The folks at Rocky Mount Chrysler/Dodge made this an "enjoyable" buying experience and honestly I can't think of one negative thing to say. I have been very pleased so far with my new Ram truck and when the time comes for my next vehicle purchase I will definitely call Adam Parker at Rocky Mount Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge first. More

Car Sales Patricia Tunn was very nice. I only have one leg so she brought cars up front for me to see after we did a check list of my wants in a car. The price Patricia Tunn was very nice. I only have one leg so she brought cars up front for me to see after we did a check list of my wants in a car. The price was a little high on the car and the only flaw was a fog light. They said that it just needed pushing back in but I later found out it was a screw problem. I fixed it myself and returned to dealership. After the haggling was over the dealership compensated me for it. More
