I have been a Joe Rizza Car owner since 2003. I have owned 6 cars since then. All purchased from this Dealership the reason in my word SERVICE. They treat me like family and always do whatever service i owned 6 cars since then. All purchased from this Dealership the reason in my word SERVICE. They treat me like family and always do whatever service is required never EVER asking to do service that is not needed. This is very rare in this business world but Ted, Charlotte, Matt, Chris Brad and Santiago has been there since 2003. My next car will also be from Joe Rizza Acura even though I live 48 miles away More

I dropped off the car to have a spare key made. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I attempted to use my new key and to my dismay it did not work. After several attempts with the technician, the manage returned to pick up my vehicle I attempted to use my new key and to my dismay it did not work. After several attempts with the technician, the manager, Ted Jurick came over and provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I received another new key that worked perfectly. Thank you for making this experience more pleasant. You definitely exceeded my expectations and I truly appreciate the great service! I have shared my story with my family and friends about the great customer service I received. Thank you Ted. Hour and a Half later here comes my MDX spotless after car wash and vacuuming done., thank you Santiago On my way work ALL done and another service done without issue. Well Done Guys More
