Even the employees that knew I was already working with a salesperson took the time to check in with me and ask if I needed anything. Savage does not have the typical overly-competitive environment of most car dealerships, which I greatly appreciate. I'm glad my salesperson Luis Grullon took the time to go over all the features on my new car before I left because I wouldn't have done that on my own. He showed me several features and benefits that I didn't even realize the Durango has, but I already don't think I can live without! More

Fast, Friendly Knowledgeable, Clean, Exciting I walked in to Savage 61 and I was greeted by very neat appearing friendly and caring gentlemen who directed me to Bob Care. Bob was very knowledgeabl I walked in to Savage 61 and I was greeted by very neat appearing friendly and caring gentlemen who directed me to Bob Care. Bob was very knowledgeable, friendly, great sense of humor. He had to have a sense of humor to put up with my husband. We told Bob what we were looking for and he searched until he found what best suited what we wanted. Bob was very hospitable and offered us refreshments while we looked for our new vehicle. Bob worked very well with me to set up a good time to pick up my vehicle. And also helped me set up an appointment for my other vehicle to get serviced and inspected. Bob was wonderful. Bob introduced us to Brad Gingrich in the financing department. Brad also had a great sense of humor, was very neat with his appearance, was very knowledgeable and explained a lot to us about warranties and services we could get to make our experience with our Dodge Caravan more enjoyable. Then Bob took us out to go over every aspect of my new vehicle. He gave me the Grand tour of my new Caravan. He even helped me program my phone to the navigation so I can make calls and listen to the music I have pre recorded on my phone. Bob also helped me figure out how to use the GPS. Our over all experience with Savage 61 was excellent. We will share with all our friends the great service we received at Savage 61 and try to get them to stop by Savage 61 for any vehicle they are looking to purchase. Everyone at Savage 61 are real great. More

Simple I was shopping for a car about 3 weeks ago and got an offer from another dealership that was kind of giving me the runaround and had to wait over the I was shopping for a car about 3 weeks ago and got an offer from another dealership that was kind of giving me the runaround and had to wait over the weekend to hear back from them on a Monday. Out of curiosity I went on the Savage 61 web site on a Sunday and started a live chat and explained my situation. In about 10 minutes Tim Profit gave me a call and stopped in the next day after work. Tim found exactly what I was looking for, got me the price I was looking for (better) and the whole transaction took about 20 minutes. No hassle, no bull, no nonsense. On the day of pickup Brad explained everything financially and answered all my questions in great detail. Savage 61 has a new lifetime customer in me for one main reason, HONESTY. The entire team at Savage 61 is on point and give me no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Team 61 for the best car buying experience I have ever had. Looking forward to doing business with you for all of my automobile needs. More
