Steve Rettig, our main sales rep, was very helpful in explaining the details of the car to allow us have a better understanding of all its features and benefits, as well possible options to purchase. Sydney Brown was also excellent to work with as she concisely explained the paperwork and what needed to be signed. We appreciated all the help we received. More

Made me feel like I was the most important person in the dealership every time I came in. My sales consultant greeted me at the door on all 3 appointments I had. They had the keys to the car and the actual car there that I was interested in unlike 2 other dealerships I visited. As I explained on my first visit to Champion, I never forgot the Champion staffer that was at the local theatre handing out free movie passes 5+ years earlier. It is the little things that make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Keep up the excellent customer care. Jki thank you for your attentive nature, you make the car deal a top notch event. Everyone was wonderful but given Cory's young appearance he was extraordinary! His patience with his old lady customer as he explained the ins and outs of buying a car was unexpected and his enthusiasm and he was extraordinary! I'm pretty computer literate but many of my friends are not so all the buttons and added goodies can be overwhelming if not for Cory. Also he's very knowledgeable about the purchase process which just made the whole afternoon not only exciting (1st new car in 20 years) but easy and not at all stressful. Thank you Cory.
