Bocker Service Department Gets The Job Done! It was time to have the oil changed even tho I could have gone further but the tires needed rotated and I wanted the all point check up done. Lube Cen It was time to have the oil changed even tho I could have gone further but the tires needed rotated and I wanted the all point check up done. Lube Center was very busy so I dropped off my car for the tire rotation first. After it was done and Lube Center was reallybacked up, the service department did everything preventing me from waiting an unusual amount of time. That is customer service! More

Tire replacement I had an issue with a piece of metal puncturing the tire and causing a flat. Due to the size of the puncture, I knew that it would not be able to be I had an issue with a piece of metal puncturing the tire and causing a flat. Due to the size of the puncture, I knew that it would not be able to be patched. I called and inquired about a replacement tire with April who confirmed that they had a replacement in stock. I stopped in that night at 6 pm to have the tire replaced and was out the door in about 45 minutes. Exceptional service from all involved. Much Appreciated! More

We DID IT!!!! We leased the Terrain!!!! It was awesome from start to finish. Even though the 2019 Terrain was a loaner, that I was initially terrified to drive, it became like a member of th It was awesome from start to finish. I told them they were going to have to pry it from my cold dead hands, so...Brandon made it happen. On Halloween, we leased the car. We have never leased a car before. Brandon made it painless.
