This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and Mike Mendoza in 7 months. Mike was so helpful and informative when I bought my new Odyssey, that when we were in the market for a use dealership and Mike Mendoza in 7 months. Mike was so helpful and informative when I bought my new Odyssey, that when we were in the market for a used Honda, he was the first person I called. He made the entire experience enjoyable and I really felt like he knew what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect used vehicle for me. More

Just last week I walked in to the Honda of Lisle with the knowledge that they had the exact car to my specifications, and it was the only one for 100 miles of my location. When I walked in the doors I was g knowledge that they had the exact car to my specifications, and it was the only one for 100 miles of my location. When I walked in the doors I was greeted by one of the Honda associates, Tim Render. He was extremely helpful and quick to answer any and all my questions. With in a few minutes they had pulled the exact car I had been looking at online around and I took it for a test drive. I knew it was the car for me, but I was concerned about the price. Tim was able to be more than helpful to ensure I was given a fair price on the vehicle. This was my third car I've purchased from the Honda of Lisle and I can promise it will NOT be the last. Great location, great staff, great prices. More

What a pleasant experience in buying a new car! Mark Fitzpatrick worked with us on the pricing of the vehicle, and was exceptionally responsive and proved to be a man of his word. Debby Pierce handled the sales function, and was extremely patient with us regarding our questions about the vehicle. She is a very low-key but exceptionally knowledgeable salesperson. Brad Mitchell was the well-prepared finance person, and we have never been in and out of a finance office that quickly. We strongly recommend the Honda Superstore of Lisle! More

I came in to the dealership last week for two reasons: to get an oil change and purchase a new vehicle. From service (Joe) to sales (Michael) and Financing (Brad), the experience was beyond my expecation to get an oil change and purchase a new vehicle. I always dread having to go through the process of purchasing a new vehicle but this team works well - no hassles, very turnkey and transparent - which I greatly appreciated. The little negotiation I had to do was a non-event in my book and I will continue to do business with Honda of Lisle (and Michael and Team) for years to come. Excellent purchasing experience! No haggling, straight talk. I purchased on Monday at noon, I referred a friend and he purchased the same vehicle type at 8 pm same day. Keith Clinton was great. Very friendly and extremely helpful with all of our questions. This is by far the best car buying experince I've ever had. He shoots it straight. Had to go back a couple of days later to get remote start installed. I phoned him on a Monday to tell him I would be there at 9 am on Wednesday. He said great, you'll be in and out. Well I got there that cold January morning to find he had the loaner pulled up and warming up for me. Great customer service! Brad Mitchell was responsible for the quickest trip through a finance manager's office I've ever had. Awesome. More

I believe his great attitude and aproach is what made us to go thru with the deal as we only came to look for a new car and not to buy the same day!! Brad Mitchell was also friendly and knows his "stuff". The paperwork was ready and we did not have to wait too long to complete the necessary paperwork. He was able to explain everything well also. Overall a good experience and we will be back in 7 years for another new car!!! More

My experience was great from the start. I began shopping online and received some aggressive quotes on 2012 accord models via a phone call. Then Mike Harvey took over when I when visited the store and provided professional sales assistance from the test drive to the signing of the documents and vehicle pick up. The gas tank was full the car was waxed and gleaming, I received a 100,000 mile extended bumper to bumper warranty at a great price. If that isn't enough I got a great price and a coupon book for oil changes and car washes and other services. Best in class! More
