After months of researching used SUVs we decided a certified Honda Pilot was for us. My husband and I jumped at the great pricing that the Honda Superstore of Lisle was able to offer. Everything was negotiated via phone and email with Shawn Kinnejad in the days leading up to our trip down from Madison. When we arrived we were turned over to Sager and couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone was so friendly in a non-pushy or fake way. We felt completely comfortable making the decision to go forward with the purchase--whereas you typically feel uneasy that you are making the right decision. This was by far and away the best car buying experience we have ever had and will seriously consider making the two-plus hour drive again when we're in need of a new vehicle. More

Lanny was awesome. He was never pushy and really seemed to have my best interest in mind. When I told him I was looking to downsize from a Suburban to a CR-V, he made sure that I realized the difference i to have my best interest in mind. When I told him I was looking to downsize from a Suburban to a CR-V, he made sure that I realized the difference in seating size, and told me about the Pilot since it would be a more comparable downsize to what I had. It never felt like he was pushing the ilot on me, it was clear that he wanted to make sure that I wasn't sacrificing the space I needed in my quest to save money on monthly payments and on gas. Once I confirmed that the CR-V has all the space I needed, he really rolled out the red carpet and told me all about the car and took me on a test drive. He helped me find the right CR-V that had everything that was important to me in my new car (mainly the moon roof). During our visit, Lanny took the time to work out some numbers to help me with my decision process, including having my trade-in appraised, looking at opricing ptions with two different submodels I was considering, and finance vs. lease. I have to been to other dealerships in the area, who wouldn't even give me an idea of this information unless I confirmed to them that I was wanting to make a deal that day. Lanny listened to everything that I said that was important to me (lower montly payments, gas savings, reliability, moon roof) and really worked WITH me to get what I needed and wanted. Knowing my approximate credit score & trade in balance really helped Lanny find the right deal for me. I told Lanny I would think about it over lunch and let him know what I wanted to do. He made sure I left with complete information, so I could make an educated choice, and never once pushed me into anything. When I left, I felt incredibly peaceful. The deal we had worked out would drop my monthly payments by $64 (not bad, considering the CR-V is 9 years newer) and an estimated gas savings of $100 a month. I called Lanny within an hour and told him I was ready to come back and make the deal. I returned to the dealership & everything was ready to go. Brad was very nice, and I only had to spend about 5-10 minutes in his office signing the finance paperwork. Lanny proceeded to get me all set up in the car, including synching my phone with the bluetooth device and showing me how to set the clock. I was the happiest woman, driving away with the moon roof open, enjoying the new car smell of my brand new CR-V EX!! I made the right choice, and I am very thankful to Lanny for making it so easy and stress-free!! I will be back, and will definetely be referring my friends and family. More

Kabir was very patient and helpful. Brad was very helpful when doing fanacial things with me. The price for me was good, although it was the lowest one. I am sorry I can't remember everyones name that I met during my car purchase process, but they were all great. My main contact Matina Torres was a delight to deal with. She was patient and always seemed during my car purchase process, but they were all great. My main contact Matina Torres was a delight to deal with. She was patient and always seemed to work very hard to deliver the best value even though I know went back and forth negotiating many times. She never lost her patience, personality and always was very responsive to my calls, emails etc. I would go back to this dealer because of her in a minute:) I know I was a high maintenance customer and they took very good care of me. Like I said, I'd go back in a minute. They did not try and "sell" me. It was the only place that "listened" to me and delivered what I was looking for as opposed to the many other places I shopped where they tried to sell me on what they wanted to move. I went to another dealership beforehand, and Lisle was able to give me a better deal. My sales rep had an interesting sense of humor, but he was very friendly and up front. The one thing I was unsatisfied about was I wasn't aware of my interest rate until it was time to sign the papers. Not a huge deal as I plan to pay it off soon, but I wish they would have told me earlier on rather than kind of beat around the bush about it. Overall, I'm very happy with my new civic! More

This is the second car I've purchased from Sam Gage. He does a great job and is very knowledgeable on Honda vehicles. I worked with Sam and Mark on the price and they offered a fair priced and were willin does a great job and is very knowledgeable on Honda vehicles. I worked with Sam and Mark on the price and they offered a fair priced and were willing to work with me to help my find a acceptable deal both times. I never felt I was being pressured to make a purchase or accept a price I was not comfortable with. Brad did the financing with me and let me know about the extended warranty options but also did not give a high pressure pitch. I shopped a few other Honda dealerships and came back here for my second Honda and will likely come back when I'm ready for my third. I highly recommend Honda of Lisle and especially Sam Gage as your salesperson. More

We went to the dealership and were not sure if we wanted to buy a truck or an SUV. We left loving Honda of Lisle because of the staff. After looking at Honda of Lisle, we looked at every car at every kind to buy a truck or an SUV. We left loving Honda of Lisle because of the staff. After looking at Honda of Lisle, we looked at every car at every kind of dealer from Acura to Chevy. We priced Honda's at several dealers and could not believe the difference in service. Honda of Lisle had a sense of urgency to help us and showed they wanted to sell a car not just play a haggle game. We have two small children and they respected our time and wanted to help us. I am an experience car buyer and they made the process much less painful than any other car dealership everything from trade in to financing to extended warranty. Thank you Honda of Lisle. I will be a repeat customer in the future. More

I have just bought our thrid car (two for us and one for my son)from this dealership. We have had Eric Schmidtand Lee Stinehelfer both times and Brad Mitchell for financing. I have driven the newest car just over the break in mileage (1000 miles) aand I haven't had any issues with any of the cars we purchased through them. The nice part of the deal was we weren't aware of any recal for a key fob on the Accord and when dropping by the dealership to say hi to Eric during our conversation I brought up that the key fob didn't seem towork as good as the old ones where we needed to be close to the car for it to unlock the doors. Eric checked on it and found they had a issue with the fobs and it was replaced and programmed whhile we had our conversation. The main reason we like this dealer is because our experience with Eric and Lee both time we we in the market for buying cars we went there to look and ther was no pressure to buy and we explained what our price range was and what we were looking for (the first time they were the second Honda dealership. We had no intentions of purchasing that day either time but when we sat down and started talking Eric was able to find the cars we were looking for (with options we wanted) in our price range. The dealership appraised the our car that we were using for a trade in and it was lower than we expected. Eric talked with Lee and we showed them the different prices from the internet (Kelly Blue Book & Edmunds)and we reached a mutual price based on that information. Lee also took it a step further and found us rebates and brought down the price on the car to go above our expectations (lower than the price we expected to pay). We also did internet research which showed the prices for sticker, dealers cost and average sales as a basis for our expectations. The great part about the both transactions the first price brought to the table by Eric was already below the internet research. I was also very pleased that I didn't have to play the games at the delearship where the sales person had to go back and forht between the manager and us playing the game and lower the price by $50 to $100 each time. We were able to complete the trnsaction from start to finish (paperwork car prep, Eric showing and explaining where everyhting was at on car) in less than two hour from the time we drove onto the lot and left in a new car. This dealership (Eric, Lee and Brad) respected our time, knowledge and didn't treat me as if I were naive. Brad the person who did the financing not only found us an exceptional finance rate (0%) but he also save us enough that we purchased the 7/100,000 mile warranity. Brad also made sure that we understood why the money we were orginally going to use to put down on the car we were better off using to pay down other bills. we were first confused with the total interest cost was for the 60 months of the loan versus the way we were looking at it. I will continue to support and recommnd this dealership especially Eric and Lee to our friends and anyone in the market looking to buy a new or used vehicle. We are alos going back to Eric and Lee when we are ready to get a car for my daughter who will be going to college next year. We have recommended htis dealership to three other friends which two bought cars from them also. Everyone I spoke with primary reason going to this dealership is because you don't have to play the game where it is you against the dealership trying to wear you down and haggle hours over the price. It is simple, easy, and where they treat you with respect for your intellegnce and personally. My wife and daughter were throughly impressed with the way Eric went throug allthe details on how everything worked and where it was located in the car also to answer all there questions. I read the book on the car from front to back and so far Ihaven't had my wife or daughter ask me where or how to use and of the controls, options or features that is how well it was expalined to them. More

I've used Honda of Lisle for several service calls (I own 3 Hondas). And I bought my last Honda from them. They have been superb in servicing my cars. They took great care to give me the best advice on how to get the most from my car, reduce my repair expenses and giving me easy to understand options. And their service prices are very competitive (all the more when you consider the expertise they bring). In fact, their oil changes cost less than the quicky lube does. And I have the confidence of knowing that the people that are working on my car are experts. My car buying experience at Honda of Lisle was among the best I've ever had. They were forthright in negotiating a fair price and very good financing. I didn't feel like I was being played or milked. I felt like I was dealing with friendly, knowledgeable, helpful human beings (not slick scammers). I would recommend Honda of Lisle to anyone, especially family and friends. More
