Debby Pierce(Brown) was excellent from the start, was courteous, polite and very helpful. She ensured that I walked out of the dealership happy and with a new car! She made me comfortable and made the courteous, polite and very helpful. She ensured that I walked out of the dealership happy and with a new car! She made me comfortable and made the car purchase a smooth and easy one. The car delivery went so quick that she had to exclaim, this was the fastest and quickest car delivery every done at the dealership. I was walked in and out of the dealership driving my new car in 30 minutes flat. Brad Mitchell at Finance was helpful too. Had all my papers ready for signatures.. Debby was instrumental in ensuring all relevant papers of mine were with Brad in time. And I was done in less then 15 minutes with the finance papers .. No I didn't sign my life away!!! Its just a car loan. And yes when you the complete process and you get the keys of the car.. you get a free hand at the gong... the gong at the dealership does work !!! and you get to make it sound as loud as you can .. I enjoyed the experience.. it was a load one from me... Overall a great experience! Will definitely recommend Honda of Lisle and Debby Pierce (Brown) for your next car(Honda) purchase. More

I was met with respect and courteousness when I entered the dealership. The process was fast and efficient and it was clear that each individual knew their job well. Mark, the manager, has done a nice job in professional development of his staff. Brad , the gentleman in finance was efficient and personable. Most of my time was spent with Sager who was tremendous. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the features of the car, make sure I understood the maintenance agreement, and help me feel I was making a good decision for my family. If I ever need another car I will go to Honda Superstore in Lisle. (the only thing I felt was a bit weird was ringing the gong-I am sure some people get excited about it-but it was not my thing :)). More

We had an older car trade in and were 70% sure we wanted a pre-owned late model CRV. Problem is there are so few around, and fewer with low miles. After good discussion about options with John Campbell and Jeff Carr, the features of the new CRV design, plans to keep the car a long time, we decided on a 2013 CRV. Got a good trade in value, great price on the CRV, extended warranty, and low financing and efficient paperwork with Brad Mitchell. Would recommend all these folks. More

I recently purchased a 2011 CRV to keep up with my growing family. There are few times during the course of my normal day when I am faced with negotiating the price of a purchase and it is not somethi growing family. There are few times during the course of my normal day when I am faced with negotiating the price of a purchase and it is not something I particularly enjoy. Buying this car, however, was one of those times, beginning with the difference between the vehicle's internet price and lot price and ending with Finance Manager Brad Mitchell's "final" final offer. This is just the nature of the beast. In spite of this, my overall car buying experience at Honda Superstore was good. I checked out this dealership because of its unmatched inventory at my time of research, narrowed down several buying options, and ended up walking away with a lovely vehicle at a price with which I am content, even if not ecstatic. Jim's customer service was on point and included the unexpected perk of me being picked up to go finalize the purchase, saving my wife and our new child a trying trip to the dealership. Nice touch! All said, I would recommend any buyer do their homework before a car purchase, but certainly give this dealership a look for their large selection and good customer service. More

I recently purchased a near new Honda Pilot from Honda of Lisle. The Honda staff in Lisle was very knowledgeable, concerning and genunine during the sales process. I did not feel pressured during the sale, their goal seemed very genuine in that they wanted me to be informed about their product and what my needs in a vehicle were. After the sale I recieved service that greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff was very responsive and the salesman (Jim Ferris) even contacted me on his day off when I had questions and needed resolution after I purchased the vehicle. I feel very satisifed in my purchase and confident that I made the right choice. My expericnce was and continues to be positive and I highly recommend this Honda location if anyone is considering buying the Honda brand. Sam Gage exhibits himself as a friendly and wise professional representing his dealership with integrity, great knowledge of the makes and models of cars within the dealership and an excitement abou professional representing his dealership with integrity, great knowledge of the makes and models of cars within the dealership and an excitement about the cars Honda Of Lisle have to offer. He made sure that all my questions were answered; and that, I understood all that were involved in the leasing process. During the financing and signing process Brad Mitchell was a calming effect as we engaged in small talk; yet, remaining profession, thorough in explaining what I were initialing/signing, and, yet quite friendly. He also was excited that I was getting a great product. I had done research before I came to the dealership and were aware that I again was getting a more advance model of the Honda Accord; having had four previously. Therefore, everything that was spoken to me by Sam and Brad; I knew were true. I truly enjoyed my experience at Honda Of Lisle. As a Driver Education teacher I have recommended to parents of teen driver that the Honda Civic is perfect for a beginner driver; and, I have always recommended Honda Of Lisle. More

Mike Delpino was the one of the main reasons that we purchased our second new Honda from Honda of Lisle. The second was of course the price and the third was your great service department. Mike is an outstanding salesperson and takes a personal interest in getting to understand his clients needs. He answered all of our questions and gave us a very positive experience in assisting us in purchasing our new Accord. In the future if we are in the market for a new vehicle our only choice is Honda of Lisle where we are truly treated with respect and honesty. I headed to the Honda Superstore of Lisle after shopping around for several cars. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by Robin Bresley who took great care of me when I bought my 2012 Honda Civic. She was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and actually SOLD the car to me. I appreciated her decorum as well as her ability to meet my needs (and price). Moreover, Brad Mitchell was pleasant to work with in the finance office and did not pressure me to purchase extended warranties or additional services (although I did buy a very reasonable warranty). I wholeheartedly recommend the Honda Superstore of Lisle. More
