I purchased a new 2023 Chevrolet Colorado at Heiser and also purchased an extended warranty. HOWEVER, I have gotten rid of the Colorado, I have been trying to contact Brad Sterling (Finance) for awhile now also purchased an extended warranty. HOWEVER, I have gotten rid of the Colorado, I have been trying to contact Brad Sterling (Finance) for awhile now, but he never responds...EVER! I live in a different state, and calling and emailing him gives no response. Every day that he chooses to ignore my request to cancel my extended warranty is a day that I LOSE MONEY! I will remove this review once my situation is resolved and my warranty is cancelled with the funds in my bank. HOWEVER, until then, my review will stay. More
