Best Experience Ever I bought a GMC truck from Bob Hurley 8 months ago. Needless to say it was a complete train wreck. Mark Allen stepped up personally to help me out. I bought a GMC truck from Bob Hurley 8 months ago. Needless to say it was a complete train wreck. Mark Allen stepped up personally to help me out. By far the best truck buying experience I have ever had. Mr. Allen has earned a customer for life. His staff at Mark Allen Chevrolet was amazing. Everyone worked extremely hard to help me get the truck I needed. When Mark Allen post that he values customer service and veterans he means it. What a great job!! More

What a difference!!!!! I searched for a dealership that wouldnt try and upsell me, and unfortantely was dissapointed in what i found in the tulsa area. A friend recomended m I searched for a dealership that wouldnt try and upsell me, and unfortantely was dissapointed in what i found in the tulsa area. A friend recomended me to mark allen. Spoke with Josh Ross over the phone, made an appointement. Walked in and felt at home. Spoke with Brad Thompson and Josh. They came back shortly with several options. The team got me what i needed at this point. Once the deal was settled, Richard Rispoli, set down with me and was very helpful. Will definetely trade with them again. More

Mind Blown I've never had a comfortable experience at a dealership, nor have i believed the hype or advertising they tend to spew. Never have seen the actual pe I've never had a comfortable experience at a dealership, nor have i believed the hype or advertising they tend to spew. Never have seen the actual person behind the camera physically involved, till now. At first i was star struck, but Mr Allen was very down to earth and respectful as the first person i was approached by! I spoke with him, and saw his family actually there working! And their lets do business is actually a real thing, not just a spewed slogan. Not only did i get the car i wanted, but i got a deal i never ever thought i would receive. I was truly blown away, and beyond words of thank you to the people working the actual process of " lets to business" starting withe man him self. I cant do the experience justice in my review, but a real heart felt thank you to the Allen family, and the team working alongside them. More

Mark was very visible and involved as well, there was no "wizard behind the curtain" like you would see at most dealerships. Would recommend them to any friends or family interested in buying a vehicle, new or used! More

I bought a used truck from this dealrship about a mont Final edit: cannot recommend please don't do business with them it's a waste of time and money. I bought a used truck from this dealrship about a month ago in the first 2 weeks of driving it it blew a spark plug, they towed it back fixed it at no cost to me, a week later it blows another sparkplug, I was able to fit a different plug into it to drive it to them and they fixed it again gave me a loaner, I get it back and 5 min down the road the temp gauge spikes and stays all the way home. I drive it back to them i get there and it overheats luckily in the parking lot, they fixed that all no cost to me, after that I drove it home and it's sat all week till today had to go get groceries, spark plug is about to blow again, I know that sound very well now. Over all customer service has been good, truck is a lemon now I'm stuck with large debt and my motorcycle for the winter they are not worth anything don't do business here. More
