Smooth Transition This is the fourth vehicle I have leased from Gateway Nissan. I have very happy with the quality of the vehicles and the service they offer. Whenever This is the fourth vehicle I have leased from Gateway Nissan. I have very happy with the quality of the vehicles and the service they offer. Whenever my vehicle is in the shop (which isn't very often) the courtesy vehicle gets me to work on time. When my lease is up and it's time to get a new vehicle, the transition into my new vehicle is very smooth. Thanks to everyone involved. More

A great buying experience The crew at Gateway was wonderful to deal with. I went in there intending to just get information, and walked away with a deal I couldn't pass up. My The crew at Gateway was wonderful to deal with. I went in there intending to just get information, and walked away with a deal I couldn't pass up. My sales person, Jeremy Jenson, was extremely helpful and his knowledge of the vehicle was second to none. Jeremy, along with sales managers Brad Tweten and Jon Cole, made the buying experience enjoyable and fun! I would definitely buy another vehicle from Gateway and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Over Promise, Under Deliver On Tuesday, June 27th, 2017, I test drove a 2015 Chevy Suburban and was able to bring it home over night to show my husband. When I went to leave for On Tuesday, June 27th, 2017, I test drove a 2015 Chevy Suburban and was able to bring it home over night to show my husband. When I went to leave for work that Wednesday morning there was a nice size oil leak on my garage floor from the Suburban so when I went to bring the vehicle back into Gateway and discuss purchase options, I mentioned it to the salesman and they said they would get it fixed right away. I also asked to have the front windshield wipers replaced, the second row arm rest plastic plugs replaced, the driver’s side rear defrost to be glued back on, as well as if the 3rd row facing headrest DVD players could be moved to face the second row and they agreed and asked when I would make a decision by. I told them to let me know what the service center says about the oil leak but I would make a decision by Friday. That Thursday I text the salesman asking if he had an update on the oil leak, he told me that the service center had replaced the oil pan and a plug, along with the windshield wipers and it would be ready to go for me on Friday (minus the driver’s side rear defrost as they would have to replace the whole windshield if I wanted it fixed. I chose to have a smaller dealership fix it instead of paying to replace the whole windshield) if I wanted to come in and sign papers. By the end of that Thursday, everything was negotiated for an out the door price and I was to come in the next day at 1pm to sign the purchase papers. That Friday morning, I was notified that the oil leak in fact was not fixed and they were waiting on the oil pan to come in and I would not get my vehicle until Wednesday . I told the salesman that I wanted the Suburban for the long 4th of July weekend and that is why I made my decision so quickly and he told me he would put me in one similar. When I got there the salesman told me the 2015 Suburban I requested was sold but could give me a 2013 Suburban (with a quarter tank of gas and told me I would be refunded if I put gas in it, which I never was) instead and told me since I had gotten the run around, they would pay to swap out the dvd players . On Wednesday, July 5th, I was called and told that my suburban was ready to go around 6pm. When I got there I loaded my kids' car seats in the Suburban and noticed I did not have floor mats the manager stated they would order new floor mats. That night I glanced at the mileage and noticed the vehicle had hit 62,100 miles; on the papers that I had signed that Friday before, the mileage stated “61,739”, upon inspecting the vehicle, we also found a sucker stick as well as a large amount of White Dog hair in the back of the vehicle and the second rear defrost had come off… things that were not there when I test drove it. I strongly believe that the oil leak had originally been fixed that first week and that someone had taken the Suburban, that I purchased, with their kids and dog for the holiday weekend, putting on a good 350+ miles… We also noticed the original headrests were missing that had been in there when I test drove it. When I called the salesman he told me that he looked everywhere and sometimes you have to “rob Peter to pay Paul” and they probably got placed into another vehicle. My husband then called the Manager and he stated they would order new (original) headrests. On Tuesday, July 11th, I was called at 9am and told that they would come to my place of work and swap out a vehicle to bring my Suburban to Audio Garage to move the DVD player headrests up a row, as well as have my floor mats installed and they had my new headrests. At 2:50 pm the salesman brought my Suburban back to me and explained that it would cost $1,500 to move the DVD players up a row, so they decided to leave them where they were at, but they found my original headrests under the trunk mat of the Suburban and they had my floor mats. They brought my Suburban back to me and took the vehicle they lent me and were on their way. I opened the door to glance at the new floor mats and found them uninstalled in boxes in the back end of my vehicle. To say I am unhappy with how this whole purchase went is a complete understatement. I’ve worked in Customer Service and believe it is completely wrong to outright lie to a customer and to over promise and under deliver (moving the DVD players and installing new floor mats). The run around was something no one should have go through. More
