The first two vehicles did not work out but as luck would have it another Nissan Rogue showed up on the lot that was just right. the paper work was taken care of rapidly. The vehicle was cleaned up for me but had to be vacuumed again. The young lady in charge of that explained they were training in a new person and they did a very nice job the second time. the young lady was very apologetic and all was good. Sara needed to order a new owner's manual for me and to see if she could get the second set of keys for me. I called her a week later to see how she was coming along on this project. She said she needed to talk to the parts department and would call me back in a" few short minutes" . She did not call me back or return my calls that Friday. I drove out to the dealership on the following Monday and found that Sara had, in fact gotten both the owner's manual and the keys. She was very polite about the situation. problem was solved and all is good. A little better communication on that issue would have been better but overall she is a very nice person to work with, Thank you More

Great car shopping experience I went to Gateway thinking I knew just what I wanted, and then changed my mind after test driving the car. He was very patient and let me test drive several different makes and models before I found exactly what I wanted. Hyundai Hybrid Purchase Lana was the primary sales person that I dealt with when purchasing my new car. While she closed the deal, I also interacted with other sales people- Lana was the primary sales person that I dealt with when purchasing my new car. While she closed the deal, I also interacted with other sales people- because Lana was multitasking with other customers. They all worked as a coordinated team - unlike some other dealerships whereby the sales people competed with each other in less than pleasant ways.
