It was a pleasure working with Brad, Cody, and Chris. Cody and the whole staff at Corwin were great. I described the type of car I was looking for with all the features I wanted. Lucky and Great Day My wife and I leased a new Nissan Murano in 2007 from Gateway. At the end of the lease we wanted to purchase the vehicle as we found it to be top not My wife and I leased a new Nissan Murano in 2007 from Gateway. At the end of the lease we wanted to purchase the vehicle as we found it to be top notch in all the areas important to us. This purchased did go well and we thought we were done with our Gateway experience. Our 2007 continued to be a champ for us and was now at 186000+ miles. We begin looking at web sites within 100 miles of our home for a good low mileage used Murano. Gateway had two that we were interested in looking at asap. Upon arrival on the lot we met Dylan. He was the sales associate us. Not pushy, knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. Just the man to sell us a vehicle and he did. He was patient with us as we tried to wrap our heads around all the technology the Murano currently has to offer. He handle us well with our trade, introduced to Catie, what a treat, working with a finance person who not only knew finance, but knew cars. Very enjoyable experience. Dylan reintroduced us to services and to Tyler in accessories. Thanks for your assistance Tyler and taking time out of your lunch time to spend a few minutes with us. This put my Gateway experience back on the right track. Dylan has continued with positive customer service as we tied up the loose ends of our purchase. Dylan, we appreciate your kind efforts and my wife and are looking forward to many pleasurable miles in our Nissan Murano. More

Horrible-left feeling "duped" and I was duped. Shame on me! Horrible experience-left feeling "duped" and I was duped. Shame on me! Since then the financial manager has been "let go"; still feel duped (lied to) Horrible experience-left feeling "duped" and I was duped. Shame on me! Since then the financial manager has been "let go"; still feel duped (lied to) and my credit score probably went way way down too. (It was over 800 prior to meeting Gateway). I will never be doing business with this agency again. After the transaction, I left feeling what in the world? Now, I understand why I was feeling that way. This agency fulfilled the old question of -- if it is too good to be true, it probably is not a good idea. When signing papers if one asks questions, they will not be answered, financial workers are not friendly and one will leave feeling bewildered ie "what the heck"? Buyer beware as today people would call Gateway - "Shady". After my experience in January, I rated my entire experience as poor and was not contacted to resolve the problem, I have since learned that my problems are just beginning. More

New Silverado Started my process at looking at a new/used pickup by applying for credit for pre-approval thru the Gateway website. process was easy and had Savannah Started my process at looking at a new/used pickup by applying for credit for pre-approval thru the Gateway website. process was easy and had Savannah Malme contact me the next day, stopped in and was met by Dylan VonBank, we talked about what i was looking for, features I needed and price range/monthly payment. Set up a meeting with Dylan to dig a little deeper and crunch numbers that Brad Tweeten was very helpful with. Long story short I left that day with a Brand new Chevy Silverado well within my target price and very impressed with everyone on staff that i dealt with over the 3 days. Kudos to everyone I dealt with Dylan, Savannah, Brad & Michael, you all were a pleasure to deal with! More
