My wife and I visited Dorsch to get some ideas on new vehicles. We spoke with both Brad Zerilli and Paul Smith, and they both were very pleasant to work with. Had a great experience with the employees at Dorsch Ford, especially Brad Z. He went above and beyond to help us out. We found an issue with the air conditioner on the vehicle we were about to purchase. T especially Brad Z. He went above and beyond to help us out. We found an issue with the air conditioner on the vehicle we were about to purchase. They got it in right away and had it fixed. Couldn't be happier with our purchase. I bought a new 2013 F-150. I left the dealer quite pleased. Brad was an absolute please to work with. Included with the sale where some accessories including a rousch supercharger and a bedliner. I was told it would take a week for the supercharger to come in. At that time, they would do the bedliner also, and a few other things we had agreed on. After a week, I called to check the status. It took another week before my call was returned. When I brought the truck in, I had an appointment, and was told I would get a loaner car. They thought it would take about 3 days to install the supercharger. When I arrived however, they had no loaner car for me. It took over an hour for them to come up with a car. The next day, I was called and told I had the wrong car and needed to return it. I told them I was at work, they said, "can't u take a break". While still at the dealer, they decided they were not going to put the bedliner in. I would have to bring it in another day, or perhaps they would pick it up next week. I did not pay $50,000+ for a new truck to sit in the shop. Nor am I happy about paying interest on accessories that I still don't have. After the sale, their treatment and professionalism was completely unacceptable!! I will not do business with Dorsch again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I would, however, gladly deal with Brad Z. again if he worked somewhere else. More

I couldn't have asked to have worked with 2 better guys! Brad was incredible! Cody was amazing! I can't get over the impeccable service I received from them. My family went to Dorsch Ford Kia to shop their used Kia Optima selection. We were looking for a specific LX model, but after speaking with sales associate Brad Zerilli, we found an EX model that was an ev Optima selection. We were looking for a specific LX model, but after speaking with sales associate Brad Zerilli, we found an EX model that was an even better fit for our family's needs. We were thrilled with every aspect of the vehicle as it had everything we were looking for and more! Brad made our experience so fun and easy from start to finish. We ended up purchasing the car and taking it home the same day. Brad and his team really catered their services to meet our needs and even made our child feel like part of the experience. An added bonus was meeting Dan Dorsch, who made sure that we had an outstanding experience. Thank you, Dorsch (and Brad), we love our new car! More

I just purchased a 2010 F150 Super Crew. I just want to state that my buying experience was "top notch" to say the least. When we ran into a few "hiccups", as she called them, she looked at it as a personal challenge to find a way to get our deal done. She rose to the occasion, and made it happen. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Dorsch Ford! More

I purchased a used Kia Sorento on June 27th. I researched different vehicles at different dealerships online first. I initially emailed Dorsch and wasn't happy to get a form letter via email. It really wasn't helpful or useful to get multiple emails with the same information I had on the website. I went into the dealership on Monday to test drive multiple vehicles including a mercury mariner, a kia sportage and a pacific blue kia sorento. The selection of Sorentos was impressive. On Wednesday, I returned and found a Sorento that had all the options I wanted. I test drove it with Kyle who was very friendly and helpful. There was absolutely NO pressure. After a week with multiple dealers and multiple salesmen, he was by far my favorite up until that point. He still sang the praises of the vehicle we were in and how much he liked Dorsch but it was a fun filled test ride. I decided to put a hold on the vehicle. I came back to Dorsch on Thursday after getting my written offer on a another vehicle at another dealership. This time I worked with Brad. Again he was helpful and friendly. He definitely wanted to sell me the car but he worked with me to get the price plus tradein where I was happy with it. Finally, once we settled on the numbers, he introduced me to Cody. Cody took the preapproved financing I had and worked with another bank to get a competitive interest rate and better payment. Cody was extremely professional and up front. He was also really pleasant to work with. Overall the car buying experience is undeniably stressful. I was prepared for lots of pressure and there were definitely salespeople at Dorsch that fit the stereotype. However, Kyle and Brad were a delight to work with. It definitely matters who you get at any dealership so go see Kyle and Brad. Don't bother emailing, it was a waste of time. But once you buy, Cody will find you the best deal! More
