Very disappointed. No communication!!! Kept car longer than needed. They didn't have the part and didn't tell me so my car was there a whole day when I could have been using it. The next day I called Amy they were supposedly getting the car and would leave right away. I called them 45 mins to an hour later and said they should have been here already. Again I was told they were just leaving. I had appointments that I could have canceled if I knew. So my husband was inconvenienced to work around there schedule, mine, and his. No communication! Very disappointing.
