Associate tried very hard to keep me in the loop on servicing my vehicle. I requested 90,000 mile service, and that the transmission fluid be changed along with all others. This didn't happen, I was c servicing my vehicle. I requested 90,000 mile service, and that the transmission fluid be changed along with all others. This didn't happen, I was contacted about a tune-up which I declined having just had one, but on the front page of the requested servicing it stated that I wanted the transmission fluid exchanged. I was told that I needed an axle replaced, and despite their best efforts they were unable to loosen the bolt through conventional means. I was told that while they could remove the bolt it would likely result in needing a new wheel bearing for an additional cost. I left with the axle unchanged. I had to ask for the oil change sticker to be replaced because it was not done during servicing. Finally while technicians were going in and out of my car the passenger side floor mat had grease stains smeared across it I didn't notice until I I got home. I texted the Associate and never got a response. My associate went out of his way to ensure that I was as satisfied as possible given the circumstances, but I did not know that the transmission fluid exchange did not take place until I got home. More
