Have been very helpful with factory issues from my car...always helpful and open to fixing warranty issue. Pleasant staff, nice waiting area which eases the discomfort of waiting. Issue with door latch on my Ford Edge Brought my vehicle in because my driver’s door latch was faulty and caused my dashboard lights saying the door was ajar coming on during operation. Al Brought my vehicle in because my driver’s door latch was faulty and caused my dashboard lights saying the door was ajar coming on during operation. Also this caused my interior lights being on and my doors not locking. Bradford Titone wrote up my vehicle, checked to see if this part was covered under my e tended warranty. Before any work was done Bradford phoned explaining what needed to be done, what the costs to me were and asked for my approval to proceed with the work. My vehicle was ready the next day and is working perfectly. My salesman, Wade Johnson checked in with me before leaving the dealership to check if I was satisfied with the work. Tremendous job everyone involved. More

Effortless on my part, great service on yours. I am very pleased with my service. The only critique I have is with reading the receipt. The receipt does not show my service contract charges as pa I am very pleased with my service. The only critique I have is with reading the receipt. I understand this is computer driven but it is not customer friendly to read at all. More

We arranged an unscheduled 10 day trip that would take us 5 states away. Unfortunately we had just exceeded the recommended oil change interval on our 2018 Explorer. We only had 3 days before departure. Larr 5 states away. Unfortunately we had just exceeded the recommended oil change interval on our 2018 Explorer. We only had 3 days before departure. Larry could have gotten us in the day I called but our schedule wouldn't allow us, but he got us in two days before leaving. They performed the works package efficiently. Special kudos - the Technician not only reset the oil reminder, but returned our electronic instrument cluster back to the settings when we brought it in. Thank you! More

Great rapport with service dept. each time I’ve called. Quick in and out with minimal fuss. I forgot my free oil change card but Brad cleared it and we were on our way.
