Bradford was an excellent communicator. My car needed a new engine which was under warranty and Bradford was the service man I worked with. From the very beginning he was clear and concise i My car needed a new engine which was under warranty and Bradford was the service man I worked with. From the very beginning he was clear and concise in his communication with me. He did everything he said he was going to do thereafter, including staying in touch with me each step of the way so I knew what to expect. It was an unfortunate inconvenience but the customer service I received made it a good experience. More
