I was driving an old beat up car and this dealership put me in a mirage to get me going. Then the hurricane took that away and they put me in a new mirage! They let me trade that in after a year and put me in an outlander sport! I have enjoyed every car I have gotten from them. Now They have put me in a brand new Outlander and I love i! RC HILL MITSUBISHI dealership has worked with me on 4 different vehicles. The sales department goes to great lengths to make sure their customers are satisfied! The staff were friendly and helpful. Their "honest" and "transparent" pricing is NOT. They attempted to add $1,388 to the price in hidden charges. They even explain these added charges as ADM - added dealer markup. I discussed these charges with an outside financial institution and was told only a few dealers charge this. I'm pretty sure that if this wasn't a seller's market, the charges added would have been removed. Mr. Hill, step up on your honesty, just add that $1,388 to the selling price. You still would have decent prices and it would remove the aire of sleezy car dealer from the atmosphere. More

He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the process of me buying my car. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to walk me through the entire process and showing me everything I needed to know about my new car. He lead me to Eddie Santiago to close the deal and I also had an excellent experience through that process. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and I will be recommending to everyone I know.
