As I hadn't purchased a new car in a while, Fred even took the time to walk me through the new features of the vehicle and help me connect. Often as woman, I have had to deal with salesmen, repairmen, etc. being more than a bit condescending when conducting business with them. I experienced none of that when dealing with Fred, or any of the staff at Valley Honda.
