With days of the order I received GM verification of the exact order and within weeks had a scheduled production date. All predicted deadlines were met by GM and the car was actually delivered before SignRay's estimate. It was the exact car I wanted at the exact price I wanted with the exact trade in value we had discussed. During closing I got a better loan rate and terms than were originally discussed or that I expected. Every expectation that I had was met or exceeded. Every promise they had made was kept. Every Stingray person I dealt with was extremely professional who worked hard to put together the deal that I wanted. It doesn't get more pleasant than that. More

During the test drive of my pre-owned certified vehicle, I realized that the driver's seat back would not tilt forward. Brandon assured me that they would have it fixed and asked what my earliest convenience would be so he could make an appointment for me. I explained that I typically work 6 days a week and Brandon immediately offered a loaner car so that I would not have to miss any work. My only complaint throughout this process in the purchase of my certified 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500, was that Brandon gave me a 2018 fully loaded Silverado crew cab as a loaner. Now I know exactly what I am missing, Lol. Thank you for a great experience. More
