Very bad experience. Jose Pacheco was the sales rep and Brandon Flem was the sales manager. I called to inquire about a car in transit. I was told they were going to call Jose Pacheco was the sales rep and Brandon Flem was the sales manager. I called to inquire about a car in transit. I was told they were going to call me when it got there. I called a week later and they told me it had arrived the day before. I scheduled an appointment to go see it the next business day and when i showed up they told me they had already SOLD IT. I drove an hour away to see it btw. Since i was already at the dealership i wanted to see other similar options. We agreed on a price of one vehicle but when i mentioned that i was going to finance outside because EVERYONE SHOULD get lower rates. The sales manager said they did not take any kind of outside financing, which i feel like customers should be informed of that ahead of time. They did not accept the cashier's check from the bank, dealer claimed it was not a real check and was a "drafting" check. I confirmed with my bank credit union and they said it was a cashier's check not a draft check. I will never be coming back here again and will gladly take my business else where. More
