Purchased a 2024 Ascent and had a great experience at this dealership! We needed to do the negotiating over the phone after viewing the SUV online because we were 2 hours away. David Hendricks was our sa this dealership! We needed to do the negotiating over the phone after viewing the SUV online because we were 2 hours away. David Hendricks was our sales associate and he did an excellent job communicating with us via phone and text. Everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. When we arrived at the dealership everything went smoothly and David took the time to walk us through everything and make sure we were satisfied. The sales manager also told us if we needed anything in the future to call him if David wasn't available. Obviously, this dealership believes in customer service. This dealership truly lives up to their name "Five Star". More
