He knew we didn’t want any extended warranties so he did not pressure us to purchase anything. He did tell us about some of the items on the car and the cost to repair them if something were to happen. After getting home, we talked about it and changed our mind about the warranties. We got with Brandon the next day and added the warranties, we believe we need. I’m glad Brandon helped us realize how high-tech cars are these days. The only negative I could say about our overall all experience is, we were there from 4:30 till 8:30 because there were not enough finance people available to process all the sales. It was too many hours just sitting around waiting. Overall, we had a great experience at Ferguson Kia. More
