Myself, being in the used car business, the prices are super inflated. I started looking for a new car. I originally went to Fred Beans in Langhorne and put a $500 deposit on a brand new Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Blue trim. They were charging $1500 over MSRP. I continued to search, then came across Pacifico Hyundai. I found the same car, BUT, a different color with the same exact ETA. Pacifico did not charge over MSRP. In fact, I paid $500 less than MSRP. Brandon, Taylor and Joe all were very accommodating. I had an early issue with communication that Taylor swiftly fixed and kept me informed with my vehicle's status. Basically I was trading in a 2019 Hyundai Tucson with 12
lease payments left for a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. They gave me their offer & I went home to think about it. Called back later in the day & countered wit

Called back later in the day & countered with a lower payment & asked to have $60 wheel locks thrown in. They got back to me a little later & said they would lower the payment but wouldn’t throw in the wheel locks. They would sell me the wheel locks at their cost. I questioned them that they would lose a $25,000 deal over $60 wheel locks? Apparently so. I was pissed but slept on it. The next day, I decided that I really wanted it so I told them I’d do the deal. Went to the dealership a few days later & did the deal & paid $50 out of pocket for the wheel locks. I still can’t believe that I had to pay for the wheel locks & that they were willing to lose the deal over them.
