Cynthia Crum is truly a consummate professional, always a great process talking with her. Chris Harmer, Sales Manager, has helped us into many new cars, and he always selects a talented salesperson for us. Dennis Golden and his team in Service do an outstanding job. The Pacifico Family have built a successful business, and we are in process of buying our next car now, due to an accident that totalled the most recent car we bought last June. We highly recommend anyone make the trip to Pacifico for a friendly, professional and yet casual experience. The complex at the dealership offers Hyundai, Mazda, and Ford new and used vehicles. Despite my request for a confirmation that Pacifico Hyundai did have the car with the features and colors I specifically asked about, apparently it was your deceptive AI “internet assistant” Joy’s miss Hyundai did have the car with the features and colors I specifically asked about, apparently it was your deceptive AI “internet assistant” Joy’s mission to get buyers in the door to an appointment. And despite my certainty that the car would not be there, we kept the appointment. The car was not on the lot, thanks Bot. We almost walked out. The sales agent, Josh, was sympathetic but we did sit down with him. Yes, I was right, that car was not there. There were two in black, and I didn’t and don’t want black. But, we had been at two other dealerships which did not go online or make calls to procure the car I wanted. They promised to do that in two or three days. Were they not interested in selling cars? Josh actually listened and, when I suggested looking at cars available in NJ, he checked and found one, brought it to his sales manager and made a deal for it. So, kudos to Josh for listening and then making the effort. He is entitled to five stars; Joy lost one star for the team. More
