The most disgusting dealership ever! We were going back and forth with this dealership for about a week about leasing a new car. Then the associate Philip told us that he can work aroun We were going back and forth with this dealership for about a week about leasing a new car. Then the associate Philip told us that he can work around a certain price that we discussed and set an appointment. I told him we are driving 40 miles away and if you can’t close the deal around that price let us know so we don’t waste our time. He assured us we can work around that price. 1 hour before arriving we called the dealer and checked if everything is good. A lady checked out and assured everything is as planned. When we arrived on time not only he had left without notice also the other guys offers 30% more than what we discussed. Philip was not even answering his phone. More disgusting was the manager who not only didn’t apologize for the issue and waste of our time, but also shouted at us and was very rude and offensive. Don’t be fooled by them, don’t trust what they say and be extra cautious if you ever decide to buy from them. More

We met with Brandon to negotiate a deal. I gave Brandon my firm offer which he presented to the Manager. Brandon confirmed the price and we next meet with George. We signed the contract and left the lot with my RST. Also we didn’t bring a check book to leave a deposit, so Brandon did a CHASE and followed us home to pick up the check. Sales person told me that I am qualified for instant state rebate and federal tax credit but came out that it was lied. Spoke with Both floor manager and finance manager..they started pointing each othe state rebate and federal tax credit but came out that it was lied. Called the dealer more than 7 times so far trying to talk to the sales person but never able to connect with him. I’m very surprised that these unresponsive and unprofessional people can still run the business. I would never recommend this dealer to ANYONE. More
