As I entered through the front door I was immediately greeted with a smile by the receptionist (I wish I could remember her name, sweet lovely lady)and offered me something to drink as Brandon Pittman ap greeted with a smile by the receptionist (I wish I could remember her name, sweet lovely lady)and offered me something to drink as Brandon Pittman approached me and asked how he can assist me. Once we discussed the vehicle that I was interested in and test drove it, I knew it was the one. Brandon was very patient with the time it took me to make a final decision but at no time I was feeling pressured. I was already pe-approved through my personal bank on the auto loan but Heather in finance was confident that she would be able to get me a better rate on the loan which she did to my surprise. Also the product genius was outstanding with his knowledge of my BMW and at the same time very thorough in explaining all the features and technology in the vehicle. For the first time ever in my life when buying a car I drove out of the dealership without the feeling of buyer’s remorse and confidence that I purchased an amazing vehicle that I will enjoy for many years to come.
