The sales people are nice and the finance manager is helpful. The only problem I have is they have a lot of click bate to get you in, then comes the bate and switch. I had a great experience with Rose. The dealership itself was nice and clean. I would have appreciated more privacy though. Also, the receptionist is the first person a customer comes in contact with and sets the initial tone for their experience...not impressed. More
