I am proud of how far I have come since joining the automotive industry, learning a great deal over the years. Customers enjoy working with me because of my honesty, loyalty, and dedication to the needs of others. I have won two awards for best customer service at the dealership. I grew up in Roslyn Heights, NY and attended SUNY Old Westbury. Like to travel whenever I have the time. Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and California are some of the amazing places I have traveled to. One of my favorite hobbies is surfing – I’ve been surfing for over 10 years now. Helping others is my true passion. Repair gone wrong - But made right In for inspection and oil change. They recommended an engine belt replacement. Work completed same day. Upon pickup, engine start/stop didn't sound ri In for inspection and oil change. They recommended an engine belt replacement. Work completed same day. Upon pickup, engine start/stop didn't sound right. Took two days and extra visit by me to end up discovering a missing grommet caused the noise. A grommet moved during the belt change. Upon final delivery, car was loaded with birdxxxx on hood. No one was around. Ended up cleaning it with a bottle of water and tissues I had in my pocket. I expect premium service - and this wasn't it. Needs more attention to detail (business to good?) PS It was Chris Bianco who finally helped clear this up. Thanks to Chris. More

My experience with Brandon Tibblals was excellent as always. We are long time customers of Rallye BMW and lease 3 cars from Rallye. I went to Rally for a very badly damaged tire but need the car repaired fast. We are long time customers of Rallye BMW and lease 3 cars from Rallye. I went to Rally for a very badly damaged tire but need the car repaired fast. Had the i3 towed to Rally then called Brandon Tibbals to to explain the situation. Brandon went above and beyond the call of duty with getting the insurance and working with your technicians to get the car to me quickly and efficiently. Extremely great service. Thank you Rallye!
