Simply the best Hands down the best service and employees who care. Had a tire blow on one side of car and two days later the other tire blew. Simply The Best I’ve been a loyal Rallye customer for over ten years now and they are one of the only companies that keep getting better through the years. The minute you pull in you are greeted by friendly faces and are warmly welcomed. The entire experience from pulling in to driving away is 5 star. Matthew Carlson and Chris Blanco always check in with me and make sure I have anything and everything I need and want. Brandon Tibbals made sure I was in and out on this trip and was amazing! When you join the Rallye family you really become just that family. If more companies were as focused on the customer as Rallye is the world would be a better and less stressful place! More

Poor customer service Poor communication, promised update on service, 36 hours later I called to check on progress. I arrive to pick up my car, they want to wash it, told Poor communication, promised update on service, 36 hours later I called to check on progress. I arrive to pick up my car, they want to wash it, told it takes ten minutes. Fifty minutes later I check on status, they will find out for me. Sixty minutes, still no car they lost the keys. I request the service manager, not available, an assistant will help me. Unidentified person comes to service desk to ask me, "What's wrong and Oh I am sick so don't shake my hand". I am handed my keys by a serviceman and told my car was lost not the keys. I leave in my unwashed car. Fantastic service, you touched all the bases. More

My experience with Service is exceptional every time I bring my car in. The Service team members are always respectful of my time and treat my vehicle with care. When I bring my car in for routine maintenance service, I usually wait no more than 2 hours. I never even bother reserving a loaner car because the customer waiting areas are very comfortable and the WiFi is fast and reliable (so I get my work done while I wait). Complimentary coffee and tea is a nice touch that most customers appreciate. More
