I grew up in Roslyn Heights, NY and attended SUNY Old Westbury. Like to travel whenever I have the time. Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and California are some of the amazing places I have traveled to. One of my favorite hobbies is surfing – I’ve been surfing for over 10 years now. Helping others is my true passion. The service adviser is not the problem, the staff and the dealership it self is unprofessional. I have picked up my vehicle multiple times and my vehicle was left in disrepair, with items broken and now left dealership it self is unprofessional. In October my wife brought her x5 for service the inspection was due in a month, they didn’t updated or informed her. November she got a ticket for expired inspection. When I brought her car in I inq inspection was due in a month, they didn’t updated or informed her. November she got a ticket for expired inspection. When I brought her car in I inquired about mine and if it was still under covered maintenance and was informed it was. They failed to inform me it was expiring in November so when I brought it in I was charged for the service. More
