Came in for: 1. Oil change - was told not needed. 2. Driver window one touch does not work - was told the driver window is not one touch, then told it was fixed - it was not fixed 3. Rear defroster con Driver window one touch does not work - was told the driver window is not one touch, then told it was fixed - it was not fixed 3. Rear defroster connector broken - was told this was not a factory problem in a jeep with 5k miles. Then told it was a recall. The part was ordered - work not completed. 4. Stop start does not work / battery is not charging. Was told this was fixed - told it was due to a loose cable. My assumption based on the fuel consumed is that the car wash left running for hours to charge the battery. It worked for a week, it is not working again : battery is not charging. Nothing was fixed - the service being bad is one thing, but the product ignorance and willingness to lie is beyond comprehension. Oh. And when I get this Rater - it doesn’t have the service department on it- so I can’t tell you what’s wrong! More
