On 10th of Nov. 2023 I purchased a car from Crown Buick, GMC. I must say the customer service was excellent. I dealt with Mr.Jay Thompson and Ms.Brandy Mayer. I chec 2023 I purchased a car from Crown Buick, GMC. I must say the customer service was excellent. I dealt with Mr.Jay Thompson and Ms.Brandy Mayer. I checked out 2 cars and decided on a Used 2019 Jeep Compass. When I sat down to do the paperwork I was informed that they checked and got me a lower Interest Rate. All the paper work was ready and I asked if I could have the auto delivered, I was asked when and it was delivered to me at no cost. I enjoyed working with the two sales associates and would highly recommend this Dealership. More

Brought my Tahoe in Sept. 18, 8:30 am for 2 minor repairs. Was asked if I could do without my car for 2 or 3 days. I was fine with that. I called service the afternoon of the 18, 8:30 am for 2 minor repairs. Was asked if I could do without my car for 2 or 3 days. I was fine with that. I called service the afternoon of the 20th. The receptionist contacted the service advisor Katelynn and her response was she would call me when the car was diagnosed. Car was there 3 days. It needed an alignment and a door lock repaired. The alignment was not done correctly the first time and had to be redone. The door lock was simple with limited automotive knowledge it needed an actuator 99% of the time. I finely got in touch with the service advisor the evening of the 21st. Still no one working on my car and couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. Called again the evening of the 22nd service advisor had left for the day 4:30 pm. I called again on Saturday the 23rd. Only one advisor working Chris he did his best to find out what was going on with no results the technician was not working Saturday and Katelynn was on vacation. Now it’s Monday the 25th I call to talk to a service director went to her voice mail. No return call. 3 hours later I get a call from Chris my car was ready he was pushing to get it done. This was 2:30 pm they had my car for 8 days. I had plans to go out of town on Saturday the 23rd. Had to cancel my hotel reservation and the trip because function I was to attend was on Monday the 25th. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership’s service department. Not sure if I’ll return to Crown Buick in the future. My thanks to Chris for getting my car ready. He was the only person who commented with me and new I was very frustrated. More
