At other dealerships in MA, it was very difficult to visit and not get into a discussion of buying the vehicle immediately afterwards - that was a level of respect and professionalism that proved to us that Brendan was supportive of finding the right car for us - not just selling a car to us. His sense and response is also incredible - always willing to help and seek out our best interests. More

Brendan was also very professional and courteous during the negotiation of the lease terms and did not waste my time. On the day I picked up my car, he drove me to the Mercedes dealership so I could drop of my previously leased vehicle. He also did a very thorough job showing me how to use all the feature of my vehicle and synced my phone on Bluetooth and Android Auto. More
