My wife and her Best friend bought matching Lincoln Aviator Reseres. One black one white. Our friend worked with Fletch(Brent) on the sales side and Ryan on the finance side. For our friends they got them a great deal with financing. Seems like a great culture there everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable. Sales manager was genuine and honest. Our deal was fantastic as well. we had financing . But what Flectch was able to do was awesome. just what we wanted for our trade and met us every step of the way on our concerns about Aviator we purchased. The few minor issues they agreed to repair . That’s rare in my experience with a used vehicle. You will hear it’s a used vehicle it is as is. Apparently not when you’re dealing with these guys. Addressing everything we wanted and agreeing to repair. Fletch is the man. And time wise we were in and out which I find refreshing! I’ve at times in other places have felt like I was being held hostage! lol. We will be back to buy a vehicle from Fletch! Appreciate the Gateway team. Would recommend 1000% More

Every person during this sale was top notch, but especially Brent. From previously bad experiences of half-truths and "oh, one more thing" to pay for buying a vehicle is one of my very least favorit especially Brent.
