Our salesman, Josh, was very attentive, helpful and informative - a pleasure to deal with. The only slightly disconcerting time was when we came to pick up the car and wanted more specific details abou informative - a pleasure to deal with. The only slightly disconcerting time was when we came to pick up the car and wanted more specific details about how the transaction would be structured (we were deciding between a cash deal and a one-time lease payment). Josh seemed to be evasive, telling us the "finance expert" would review everything with us. After a few minute wait, we met with Brent and were extremely impressed and reassured about going forward. Brent took all the time we wanted to answer questions, show us the costs of the various scenarios and provided complete information about the transaction. We've bought cars before from Northside....and definitely will again. When we picked up the car, Victoria went over all the features and also told us about a Youtube video - that's been very helpful in reviewing everything about the car. Great experience! More

My wife and I walked in to Northside Lexus and we had never been there before. We have never even owned a Lexus before this purchase.
